Frequently Asked Questions

Logging in is straightforward, but because the brand operates through several domains, you must ensure you are on the correct official site. The platform typically uses your registered email or phone number as your username.

• Step 1: Navigate to one of the operator's official websites.
• Step 2: Locate the "Login" button, usually in the top-right corner.
• Step 3: Enter your credentials. If you are new, look for the "Register" option.

If you have trouble logging in, reset your password via the link provided on the login page. Ensure you are not confusing this independent guide (7gl.net) with the operator's actual site.

We offer a free demo of the popular Mines game directly on this site. This allows you to understand the mechanics without risking real money. Here is how it works:

1. Grid Setup: The game uses a 5x5 grid (25 tiles).
2. Choose Risk: Select the number of mines hidden beneath the tiles (from 1 to 24). More mines mean higher multipliers but a lower chance of survival.
3. Place Stake: Choose your virtual bet amount.
4. Reveal Tiles: Click tiles to reveal stars or mines. Each safe tile increases your multiplier.
5. Cash Out: You can stop and cash out your winnings at any time. If you hit a mine, you lose your stake for that round.

This demo uses virtual coins only. It does not reflect real-money odds exactly, but it gives you a clear idea of the probability curve.

Understanding the math behind the games helps manage expectations. In the Mines demo, the odds are calculated based on the remaining tiles.

For example, if you set 5 mines on a 5x5 grid:

• Total tiles: 20 safe, 5 mines.
• Probability of first click being safe: 20/25 (80%).
• Probability of second click being safe (if first was safe): 19/24 (~79%).

The house edge ensures that over time, the multiplier payouts are slightly less than the true probability would suggest. This is standard in online casino games. Always check the "RTP" (Return to Player) percentage in the game rules on the official site for exact figures.

Safety depends on the specific domain you use. Different regions may have different licensing bodies. To verify safety:

• Check the License: Look for a gambling commission seal in the footer of the operator's site.
• SSL Encryption: Ensure the URL starts with "https://".
• Provider Reputation: Games from major studios undergo independent testing for fairness.

We recommend reviewing our Safety Review page for a deeper dive into these checks.

Payment methods vary by region. For users in many regions, local bank transfers or e-wallets are common methods for fast deposits and withdrawals. Other regions may use credit cards or specific local payment gateways.

• Deposits: Usually instant. Check the "Cashier" section.
• Withdrawals: Speed varies. Local transfers may be fast, but bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

Always verify current limits and processing times on the operator's official website, as these can change.

While the demo game is risk-free, real-money gambling carries financial risk. The demo helps you understand the mechanics, but it does not guarantee future results. Set a budget before playing and stick to it. If you find it difficult to control your spending, look for self-exclusion options on the operator's site.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to play.

Independent Site: We are not the operator. We provide information and a demo for educational purposes.
